On 2 December 2024, the Chairperson issued a memorandum providing notice to all parties and the public that during the December 2024 to January 2025 period, the Tribunal registry will be closed from 20 December 2024 to 13 January 2025.
The Tribunal registry will still receive filing via email (WT.Registrar@justice.govt.nz), but no filing or queries will be dealt with until the registry opens in the new year on 13
January 2025, and any filing received during this period will be dated accordingly.
Urgent applications will still be considered by the Deputy Chairperson during this period.
