On 1 December 2025, the Chairperson issued a memorandum providing notice to all parties and the public that during the December 2025 to January 2026 period, the Tribunal registry will be closed from 5pm, 19 December 2025 to 8am, 12 January 2026.
The Tribunal registry will still receive filing via email (WT.Registrar@justice.govt.nz), but no filing or queries will be dealt with until the registry opens in the new year on 12 January 2026, and any filing received during this period will be dated accordingly.
Urgent applications will still be considered by the Deputy Chairperson during this period.
