On 3 January 2025, the Waitangi Tribunal released its second annual report. Covering the period of Matariki (July) 2023 to Matariki (June) 2024, the report provides an overview of the Tribunal’s inquiry work programme, an update on progress towards the Tribunal’s strategic goals, and summaries of Tribunal reports released over the period. Details of recent procedural innovations and an update on projects and events to mark the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the Tribunal are also included. The report is available for download in both English and te reo Māori.
