Concerning: Laly Paraone Haddon, Hone Ringi Brown, Gavin Brown and Tamihana Akitai Paki, descendants of Rahui Te Kiri, tangatawhenua of the Mahurangi Omaha Pakiri and Mangawhai districts an of the Hauraki Gulf islands known as Hauturu, Mokohinau and Aotea. Little Barrier Island Purchase act 1894. ITQ (Individual Transferable Quota) and fishing permits in respect of fisheries. Taking and keeping royalties in respect of sand resources extracted from the Pakiri, Te Arai, Te Arai and Mangawhai sea coast which resource resource is the property of the tangatawhenua claimants. Enacting legislation known as the Resource Management Act 1991 which Act. Extraction of sand resources from the sea bed without express consent of tangatawhenua. Diversity property rights including log harvesting rights and whether by lease in the land known as Mangawhai State Forest. Mangawhai in the north, extending to Waiwera in the South, thence to Aotea in the east from there to Mokohinau Islands.
